This general privacy policy (also referred to as “privacy policy”) provides information about the collection, use, sharing and processing of personal information by Ibiza Management in connection with your use of its Ibiza Management website, mobile applications and social media pages that link to this privacy policy, your interactions with Ibiza Management during face-to-face meetings or at Ibiza Management events, and in the context of other offline sales and marketing activities. This privacy policy also explains the choices you have in relation to these processing activities.
This privacy policy has been updated on 25 January 2024. However, the privacy policy may be amended over time, for example, to comply with legal requirements or to meet changing business needs. Please note that Ibiza Management does not control the content you may post on Ibiza Management forums or social networks; in some cases, such content may be publicly available on the internet. You should carefully consider whether you wish to submit personal information to these forums or social networks and whether you wish to make your profile available to other users, and you should tailor the content you submit accordingly.
WHY AND HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

HOW LONG WE KEEP PERSONAL INFORMATION
Ibiza Management retains personal information for the following retention periods:
- Information we collect about you to conduct transactions with our customers, suppliers and business partners, and to process purchases of our products and services, will be retained for the period of the transaction or service, or longer if necessary for record keeping and legal compliance purposes.
- If you have registered for a Ibiza Management account your account information will be retained for as long as the account is active. The account and account information will be deleted if you do not log in for 18 consecutive months. Ibiza Management retains records of such deletion for 90 days.
- If you have registered to receive our newsletters and blogs, your subscription details will be retained for as long as you are subscribed to our mailing lists. Ibiza Management retains records of that deletion for 30 days.
- Contact information such as email address or phone number collected online at our sites, or offline in our interactions with you at Ibiza Management events and conferences and used for direct marketing and sales activities, will be retained for as long as the relationship remains active with you (customer). We treat you as an active contact if (i) you have interacted with Ibiza Management or updated your contact information and preferences within the last 18 months; and (ii) you have not made a removal request.
- The personal information necessary to retain your opt-out preferences is retained for 20 years (or longer, as necessary to comply with applicable law).

As a company focused on serving the needs of businesses, Ibiza Management’s websites are not directed at children, and Ibiza Management does not promote or market its services to children. If you believe that we have wrongfully or unintentionally collected personal information without proper consent, please notify us by email so that we can immediately delete the information from our servers and make any other necessary corrections. In addition, we ask that you use email as a means of communication to request the removal of content or information that was posted on our websites when the registered user was under the age of 16. Please note that such requests do not guarantee complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information as, for example, certain content may have been republished by another user.
